Whenever possible, we guide our customers through the Advanced Product Quality Planning process as a first step in creating predictable production processes that meet the specifications required. This – coupled with thorough FMEAs, control plans, and documented production processes – ensures first-time success and creates a basis for ongoing process improvements.

We’ve adopted the PPAP as a basis for our sampling process that includes pattern layouts before the first casting is produced. We include layouts on every sample casting and include ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle, dye penetrant, and radiography when required.

The true measurement of quality is consistency: consistent processes, constant improvement, and most important, consistently satisfied customers.
