In our 132-year history, we’ve learned a lot about what works – and that extends far beyond engineering and casting large components. We’ve also learned the importance of listening to our clients’ needs and developing strong relationships built on exceptional communication. At the heart of Calco, you’ll find our mission, vision, and values. They guide everything we do, including how we treat each other and our clients.

Mission Statement

We are a foundry-centered manufacturer and integrated supplier of value-added services. We apply our corporate values, operational capabilities, and market discipline for the benefit of all our stakeholders, especially our customers.

Vision Statement

We will retain our key customer base and grow in our target markets because we have aligned our capabilities with marketplace needs and because we work every day to make the buying experience easier for our customers. We will accomplish this by executing our plans and taking good care of our people, who are our most valuable asset. That will culminate in us achieving our objectives and in turn contributing to our stakeholders and our customers.
